What should I check before choosing?
Compare the size, materials, controls or power connection, included items and the version you are selecting. Product photos show the look and effect, while the product page should tell you what is included.
How do I choose the right version?
Check the options shown on the product page before adding the item to your cart. A version name may refer to size, color, effect, pack quantity or power connection. The option shown in your cart should match the version you intend to order.
Does an electrical product include a wall adapter?
Check the included items for the exact product and version. A USB cable does not by itself mean a wall adapter is included, and plug options can vary by product.
Delivery & order help
Can I check delivery before ordering?
Yes. Send us the product name and destination country. Delivery depends on the item and destination. For a gift or a particular date, check with us before ordering rather than assuming an arrival date.
Where is my tracking information?
Open the tracking link in your shipping confirmation when one has been provided. Check the email address used for your order, including the spam folder. Our order-help page explains what to do when you cannot find an update.
